There Gone!!

Hunter is offically bottle free!!!! Yay! He is becoming such a big boy! Although it will be many many years before he can walk in his daddy's boots! Its been kinda rough these past three days, but not as bad as I expected. Also, I have struggled and struggled to get this boy to drink his milk from his sippy forever it seems like, and yesturday he decided it wasnt so bad. So now he drinks everything from his sippy!! So being day four of operation take the bottle away, I threw the bottles in trash! So now they are not even in the house. FINALLY!
This morning was a very rough morning for Hunter and mommy. Hunter woke up kinda grouchy, a little warm and not really wanting breakfast. So we sat in the recliner and rocked for while and he was able to clam down. When he did I leaned over and said "Hunter, can mommy have kisses?" Hunter then of course open mouth leans in to kiss me when I see his gums where like dark-redish-purple with white spikes in the back stickin out! Oh my gosh, my poor kid. His Molars finally made there appearance but it looked so painful! No wonder he is a grouch. To top it off I love to sqeeze his cheeks together and make silly faces on him and I am sure that wasnt so appreciated yesturday! I felt like a horrible mother!
All is well in the Hoffman home for the most part. Myself of course is becoming more pregnant by the day, which is going rather well however I am begining to become a little more "thick" earlier then I did with Hunter, and that kinda scares me! Haha! We are excited for this baby, but having a huge belly is not my cup of tea.
Happy Fall!

Labor Day!

Thank goodness for vacation weekends! Recently my amazing husband made Staff Seregant! I am so proud of him! He studied so hard and stress about it forever and all his hard work paid off! Congrats again babe! So with that he has to go to a dreadful school for 5 or 6 weeks that will take up the majority of his day and weekends. So with the holiday weekend last weekend we took advantage and went on a road trip! Recently Justin's brother moved to North Carolina so we decided to go and visit them. We had so much fun! North Carolina is a lot different from the South, we really liked it. Thanks Kevin and Britt for such a good time!
On our way home we stopped in Myrtle Beach and took Hunter to the Aquarium and the amusement area that they have. It was so much fun and Hunter had a blast!

The Time Is Coming...

Hunter has quickly begun to reach the age where I need to begin to think about taking the B.O.T.T.L.E away!!! Not necessarily today or tomorrow but sometime in the near future. I dont know why this seems like such a big deal to me, but I am kinda stressing about it. Recently I have tried to put milk in his sippy-cup to see if he would drink it. Well his reaction on his face was it was nasty or spoiled so he spit it out! I promise the milk was fresh. He does drink juice out of his sippy and always has, but I am not sure how to help him with drinkin milk from it. People have told me when they took the bottle away there kids stopped drinking milk. That makes me a little nervous because I know he still needs milk. So bloggin friends with children what is your advice....???
