Little Update!

Lately, Justin and I have been makin slight changes around the house. Its quite difficult when on an extremely tight budget but it is possible! We have a wonderful home here in Charleston, however along with purchasing a home you are not able to choose your neighbors. We have one that I wouldnt mind replacing. Since we are unable to replace her, we finally were able to have a fence built! Here is the wonderful privacy fence!! Yay!!

(Its a weird pic, because its a panoramic photo with my phone)

I know Valentines day seems like forever ago, but my hubby is amazing and bought me a Wii!

For those of you who havent ever played, you are completely missing out! We have had so much fun playing! We love to bowl, and when we got the Wii it came with a bowling game, and it is so surreal its crazy! I highly recommend the Wii if you are looking for some entertainment.

Hunter is now 7 months old! Where the heck does the time go! He is the funniest baby I think I have ever met! He totally doesnt mind accessories like sunglasses or hats. He just kinda hangs out with them! I cannot believe how big he is getting. He has recently shown me a glimpse of my near future by opening my TV stand and getting every DVD out of the cabinet and throwing them all over our living room! Oh boy...
He thinks its funny to smear his face against the net of his playpen and make silly sounds!

At 7 months old Hunter wants anything dad has. This is one of my favorite pictures! Its so stinkin cute I had to post it! Anything dad does, Hunter does..like father like son! I love my boys!

Recently Justin sold his motorcycle. Yes, his girlfriend is gone. This is definitely not the last bike of his lifetime, I have a feeling bigger and better are in the near future. So long hot momma!

Adventures With Vic and Susie!

Justin's awesome aunt and uncle were in town this past week and we had a blast! Adventure after adventure! They came out to support Vic's son, Victor's Army graduation. I have never been to a military graduation before and it was awesome. It was kinda bitter sweet. I guess just sitting there watching 1200 men and women devoting there lives to our country and for the American people kinda made me numb. As I continued to think about it, not every body will survive this horrible war. But I feel extremely blessed.

Good Luck Victor!
So Justin and I have become huge Hockey fans! This is Cool Ray, he is the Charleston Stingray's mascot. Hunter was too interested in him to turn and smile for the picture. At least he wasnt afraid of him! So we took Vic ans Susie to a hockey game!

Team hug after a awesome goal!

Meet Nate Kiser! The best player on the team! Also the best fighter which makes him even better. He is our favorite. That night no fights, which means he is preparing for the next game! Stingrays won the Everblades 6-2! Good game, Go Rays!

Back to the beach! Of course having company we have to take them to the beach! The weather we so nice, we were able to spend the whole day outside and it was great! That is a cruise ship behind Justin and I getting ready to set-sail. Soon to be us....someday!
Maybe Vic and Susie would like to join us on that future trip...???

Savannah take 2!! Those were our dessert choices at Paula Deens! Yummy! Needless to say, we ate very well!
Not to mention Suz snapped a pretty good picture of Bobby Deen!

While we ate some delicious fresh salt water taffy, we watched a juggling act. Uncle Vic was a good sport and helped the dude onto his 8ft unicycle.
We took them back to the "Forrest Gump" park, and Vic and J did a little Forrest and Bubba reenactment. It was hilarious!

Yes we are crazy and went back to the wild life reserve, only this time we saw alligators! These picture were taken with my camera phone, and unfortunately it doesnt have a zoom. So I had to get brave and get a little close.

A little closer....

Yes even closer! Ok so that one was taken from inside the car. I began to freak myself out and couldnt walk any closer! Besides its not a zoo, its their territory.

We had such a great time with Vic and Susie! Its so nice to have family! So keep coming! We love you guys!

Looonnnggg Night!

Last night, Hunter and I were playin on the floor when I slipped my finger into his mouth and felt his first tooth! I was so shocked! I got so excited, and thought to myself how much it explained him waking up the night before. Although he really wasnt that cranky. I thought we had the teething thing in the bag. So later I put him in the bath and he finally gave me a glimps of this new tooth and I noticed the one right next to it is really swollen and bruised looking. Its well on its way. I continued to think we were getting off easy with the teething. I put Hunter to sleep and he didnt stay asleep for long. He woke up at least 6 times last night and was super cranky. I felt so bad. Infants tylenol helped, but not enough. Teething tabs were a good thing as well as orajel. In result we have a tooth! And mom needs a nap!

6 Months Old!

6 months old! Oh my gosh how time has passed! We are so blessed to have such a wonderful baby in our lives. Its amazing how something unplanned can bless your life so greatly! Heavenly Father sure knows what he's doing! He is such an awesome little boy. I am so grateful he chose Jay and I to be his parents.

Savannah GA!

This past Thursday we made a day trip and drove to Savannah GA. We really wanted to go and eat at Paula Deen's restaurant. It was really yummy! It is owned by herself, and her two sons. While we were waiting we went into her little gift shop she has, and we met her sons. Well it was kinda strange because I actually didnt realise who I was talking to until my husband leaned over and said, "thats her son!" So it was pretty cool. I didnt get to meet the other, but J saw him for a split second as he came in the shop.
That woulda been cool if this was really Paula huh!? Nope its just a cardboard cut-out. But its still fun to post!
Does this fountain look familiar? Its the fountain in Forrest Gump.

On the way home we drove through a small wildlife refuge. We actually just wanted to see an alligator, but no luck this time. However we did see some really neat birds. We will see an alligator next time!
